The Aaiyyan World Foundation values your privacy and you can give us as much or as little information as you feel comfortable with. We do, however, require an email address to contact you. The Aaiyyan World Foundation will not share your data with any third parties (except formspree who process the form below, see our privacy statement for more information). We will only use your email address to contact about matters regarding Aaiyyanism, e.g. new books, podcasts, free training materials, newsletters etc...

Here at Aaiyyan World Foundation we take your privacy seriously and will only use your email address, or physical address to contact you with matters regarding Aaiyyanism, for example newsletters, podcasts, free training material. We will mainly contact you via your email address, but will also occasionally post Aaiyyan stones and other ‘Aaiyyanist materials to you, but we will check with you first via email if this is ok. We will also not pass any of your information to any third parties. You also have the right to be removed and deleted from our registry and have your details changed and see any information we have about you. Just email us at info@aaiyyan.org to do that. • All our electronic data is stored in an encrypted SQLlite database.
• All Personal data is accessed using secured devices.
• We also ensure that any organisations that provide data processing on the Aaiyyan World Foundations behalf also meet GDPR standards and processes for the protection of your data.

How long do we keep your data for

Any information that you provide is kept secure. Data that is no longer required is erased if you decide to unregister as an Aaiyyanist. We do need to retain certain types of data (such as records of complaints) for set periods of time, but we delete as much personal data as we can as soon as possible.

Who do we share your data with (Data Processors)

• have a safeguarding concern about you or anyone in your care
• are required to by government bodies or law enforcement agencies
• engage a supplier to process data on our behalf (Data Processor)

Your rights

You have the right to ask to see the data that we have about yourself, and to ask for any errors to be corrected. For any information requests or corrections, you wish to make, then please contact us at info@aaiyyan.org . We will confirm receipt within 72hrs and respond to all such requests within one month.

You can also ask for the data to be deleted, but note that:
