employing other Aaiyyanists or non-Aaiyyanists

Many Aaiyyanists work with, and employ other medical practitioners and healers from other denominations/factions or groups. Aaiyyanism is non-sectarian and believes in an all encompassing healing and Siddhic strategy in dealing with physical, spiritual and esoteric problems. The true Aaiyyanist believes that you can overcome one or more obstacles from many sides. In this regard, many Aaiyyanists from around the world, work directly with Buddhists, Reiki and Christian faith healers, medical doctors, Yogic Swamis (of the Vaisnava Dharma), Ayurvedic doctors, Aromatherapists and many many others around the world. However, the Aaiyyan World Foundation must recommend that if you work with other healers that you follow these guidelines:

  • The Aaiyyanist shall make sure that any fellow worker or employee is properly qualified. This means that they should be registered with an appropriate professional body in the field that they are experts in.

  • The Aaiyyanist shall make sure that they, their fellow workers (in whatever field), and all students are properly insured against any liability - especially concerning clients.

  • As each field of healing and Siddhi is so varied, the nature, amount and cover of insurance relating to each health professional shall be determined by the appropriate professional body.

  • If a person (e.g. fellow medical practitioner or employee) is unqualified, the Aaiyyanist must notify their insurers to see if any additional cover can/should be arranged. The Aaiyyanist teacher should make sure that their students are covered if they are healing clients or performing certain Siddhic rituals on the clients behalf.
