Uyarttuyan is the Loka to uplift people/areas (both spiritually, physically, mentally and materially) and collectively send positive energy to their direction.
This powerful Yantra opens the Uyarttuyan Loka which resonates strongly with ours to bring positive energy to a group of people or to various areas or regions around this planet. It has also been shown to be most effective when used by a group of people, either at the same time or during the same time period (such as within a few hours).
By opening the Uyarttuyan Loka in multiple locations and directing the energy it presents to a selection of people one can setup a resonant chain that feeds back onto yourself as well as the people you are trying to aid.
According to Aaiyyanist historians, this Loka was found (or honed) by the Guru School of Inakkukayyan, and the disciples of Jagratiyan in 7000BC. You must remember that the school of Inakkukayyan was formed several centuries after the Kalaiyyan incident in order to reverse or negate the negative effects of the mass Tantric blood sacrifice/ritual that happened as a result of the Kalaiyyan sacrifice to merge with Brahman.
Guru Jagratiyan created this School and travelled astrally in order to locate powerful Lokas that would balance the negativity in an area or for multiple people and their descendants. She travelled far and wide in many dimensional spaces and she carried this out with her disciples which then formed the Nemmikayyan School (which as you all know became one of the ancient precursors to the modern Aaiyyanist Parishaantaa School).
Just as an aside, we should mention (to avoid cries of sectarianism) that the Parishaantaa was formed from other Schools as well as the Nemmikayyan School, but we all agree that the Nemmikayyan School played a significant role in thie history of Parishaantaa.
So in these astral travels Guru Jagratiyan and her disciples found the Ekarukayyan Loka, this resonant Loka was then used by the schools disciples and honed over the centuries and gave way to the Etukkayyan Loka. A thousand years after that and several iterations later it was discovered that the Uyarttuyan Loka gave the best resonant energy needed to heal the land and this was used in Tamil Nadu since then to dispel negativity in areas and in groups of people. So the evolution of the Uyarttuyan Loka is Ekarukayyan -> Etukkayyan -> {several other close Lokas} -> Uyarttuyan Loka. Please note that the Ekarukayyan Loka and Etukkayyan Loka are also powerful dimensional realms that can dispel negativity. It was found though that the close Loka of Uyarttuyan is the most resonant with us humans in this realm of creation. The effect of opening this Loka is to dispel negativity in a group of people and/or an area or localised region of concern. It is not generally to be used as a world-wide effect, as there are other Lokas for that purpose (as we all know).
To open the Uyarttuyan Loka and direct positive energy to multiple people one needs to draw the Yantra, and direct the Lokas energy to the people in question. You can draw the Yantra on paper, on canvas or on the ground and concentrate on the people's names. If you draw on the ground you may use an Aaiyyan Stick to lend weight (spiritual weight) to the drawing, or use Aaiyyan blessed brushes or traditional Aaiyyanist writing implements/instruments. You can use charcoal or indian ink, or sand/dirt if you inscribe on the ground. The Aaiyyan World Foundation will make these available for people who do not have them.
If you know the people personally you can focus on their image. This action of visualisation adds a map or road (in a spiritual sense) for which the resonant energy can travel via. Other methods to facilitate the building of this map or road is to use the recipient's names, or even a photograph. However some Aaiyyanists Schools believe that this does not matter as Brahman's mind will comprehend what the prayer giver is asking for (i.e. their overall spiritual intention) so will make the energy from this Loka go to the required recipients.
Many Aaiyyanists also believe that Brahman is a somewhat passive force, so the transfer of energy is not directly via Brahman's will but via us, his instruments in this plane. Thus we have to consciously open the Loka to facilitate the redirection of energy. Remember Brahman is a being that we are all part of, so you can think of us as gatekeepers (albeit on a miniscule scale) of the portals to various worlds that we can open and close and redirect the positive power to people we care about. As you open the Loka more and more, the more powerful you will become and the more resonantly attuned you will become to this process.
As you draw the Yantra you can also chant the Mantra of the Lokas name to add resonance to the act. So in other words you chant: Uyar Tuyan, Uyar Tuyan over and over as you draw the Yantra.
Also, it is best to perform this ritual at midday or when the sun is highest in the sky as the Sun God Surya can saturate our space with the positive energy of his power. (Most Tantrics perform their rituals at night-time or at a specific time of 2am, but to open the Lokas it is the opposite case, i.e. we want to use positive energy rather than negative energy).
