How to Summon Guru Brihaspati

Brihaspati is the Guru of the Devas especially Indra and is the supreme embodiment of intelligence and wisdom. He was born a sage and with his light of wisdom he drives away the darkness of ignorance. To see him you will envision pure light. In Dravidian Aaiyyanism he is known as Diyusdathiyan and resides in the Diyusdathiyanal realm which is very resonant with the planet Jupiter.

Guru Brihaspati is a great devotee of Shiva and in Aaiyyanist tradition performed a special worshipful Puja (prayer) for Shiva which lasted for a 1000 years. Now in the span of the Universe and Brahman this is a very short amount of time, but nonetheless Shiva recognized Brihaspati's devotion and made him the regent of the planet Jupiter.

What this means in Dravidian Science terms is that Brihaspati was linked resonantly with the planet Jupiter, so when Jupiter is close to Earth or brightest in the sky the link between our realm and the Diyusdathiyanal realm is amplified resonantly (in other words it is easier to link with Brihaspati at this time). You can search the astrological records on when Jupiter is closest to earth to perform the Diyusdathiyan ritual.

As Guru Brihaspati is linked with Jupiter, there is an interchangeability in Aaiyyanist Astrology which we may discuss in the next newsletter. Just as Surya is the Sun God and Chandra is the moon god, thus Guru Brihaspati is the God of Jupiter.

This is the Diyusdathiyan Yantra to link with Guru Brihaspati:

Usage

  • In the daytime when the sun is at its highest point, draw the Yantra you see above.
  • As you draw it, you can also chant the mantra of 'Diyusdathiyan' over and over. Pronounced: 'Di Yus Dathi Yan'
  • We summon at daytime, as the Sun God Surya lends his positive energy to you to amplify the process. In fact do this in full daylight in the sun.
  • You may draw on the ground using a stick or an Aaiyyan stick (inscribed with the Yantra).
  • You can also do this using pen (Indian ink) on paper, or paint on canvas, or charcoal on paper or canvas.
  • The more times you draw the Yantra, the more attuned you will become. If you can memorise the Yantra and draw it by heart, this is a good indication that you are becoming more attuned.

As you draw the Yantra and chant the Mantra. The Gateways to Diyusdathiyanal will open and you will become to become One with Diyusdathiyan (Guru Brihaspati). You will gain immense knowledge and wisdom, you will become a teacher and mentor. You will gain success in life and be able to understand all things in all realms of reality.

In the next section we will teach you how to summon Mayon.
