In this section we will present the next higher being you will summon and become one with: Mayon or Thirumal - (a form of Vishnu) so that one can reach Brahman via the path of Vishnu. This being is an aspect of Vishnu and is usually described as a dark/black skinned deity (thus the name Mayon). This Being (according to Aaiyyanist traditions) has the ability to link to an aspect of the supreme Being (Brahman) via the merging of Atman with Paramatman (i.e. the supreme Atman, supreme self that describes one quality of the vast Brahman oneness). This may be a difficult concept to understand but Brahman has many qualities and one of them is the quality of the supreme Atman (supreme soul) that resides in everything and nothing and has the ability to aid all Atmans.
This is the Thirumal Yantra and is used to link with Mayon and opens the Thirumal Loka dimension, which is also an aspect of Vishnu. In the daytime when the sun is at its highest point, draw the Yantra you see here. Note: this is the complex form to achieve resonance.
As you draw it you can also chant the mantra of 'Thirumal' over and over. We summon at daytime, as the Sun God Surya lends his positive energy to you to amplify the process. In fact do this in full daylight in the sun. You may draw on the ground using a stick or an Aaiyyan stick (inscribed with the Thirumal Yantra) . You can also do this using pen (Indian ink) on paper, or paint on canvas, or charcoal on paper or canvas.
The more times you draw the Yantra, the more attuned you will become. If you can memorise the Yantra and draw it by heart, this is a good indication that you are becoming more attuned. As you draw the Yantra and chant the Mantra. You will eventually come into contact with Vishnu in the form of Thirumal. Once you draw, chant and ultimately link with Thirumal, in this merged form you will be totally transformed.
Note: This is a higher Yantra form and difficult to master, but the rewards are greatly amplified.
In the next section we will teach you how to summon Varaha
