the Aaiyyanist's obligations under criminal and civil law
Here is a list of supreme obligations that the Aaiyyanist must consider in the country they operate in. In the distant past, Aaiyyanists have been persecuted for failing to observe unjust laws, under unjust emperors and evil rulers; so to protect the greater Aaiyyanist community a series of common sense edicts have been prescribed by the Aaiyyan World Foundation.
- The Aaiyyanist must always try to comply with the criminal, civil and moral law of the Country/Region they operate in. This is to ensure that the good name of Aaiyyanism remains constant and beyond reproach. If the Aaiyyanist finds that they must obey an unjust law, please inform the Aaiyyan World Foundation and we will try to guide you in this matter. As you grow in your Aaiyyanist power (by performing healings and Siddhic interventions) so shall your will, resolve and intelligence increase, such that your ideas about the physical and spiritual world will focus into crystal clarity. This may lead to questioning of man-made laws you find irrelevant, but please remember to always consider the greater Aaiyyanist community and our good standing.
- The Aaiyyanist shall observe and keep up-to-date (kept informed) with all legislation, edicts, laws, pronouncements and regulations in the country they operate in. There is no defence for failing to obey an unknown law, so the Aaiyyanist must remain ever vigilant to the ever changing law, and the greater society that encompasses their physical reality.
- The Aaiyyanist shall always require a signature of permission from a parent or a guardian of a child under the age of 21 (or 25 depending on the country) for both healing and Siddhic sessions. As the potential power of Aaiyyanism, Lokas and resonant energy is so great it may overload the physical body of a child or young adult. There are no adverse reactions but too much power may imbalance an individual spiritually, so should be used with care and with the permission of a guardian - so that any issues can be addressed by the Aaiyyanist in a timely manner.
- Also, when working with a child for an Aaiyyanist healing, the parent or guardian should sign "I have been told by: [your name/Aaiyyanist Healing Center] that according to law and to fulfil legal requirements, I must consult a medical practitioner/doctor concerning the health of my child: [Child's name]". (Remember that Aaiyyanist healing is complementary and all afflictions should be treated both with conventional, alternative and Aaiyyanist healing. It is best to tackle an issue from many and all angles to achieve the results you want.) This statement should be signed and dated by both the parent/guardian and copies should be kept by both. The Aaiyyanist will keep the signed declaration with the client's record.
- If you find out that your client is thinking/contemplating about suicide (or any similar thoughts), then you must inform an appropriate medical or professional/legal practitioner such as a psychiatrist, law enforcement official or social worker. One should do this as a matter of course, though in many countries around the world it is actually an offence not to report that someone intends to commit suicide. An issue such as depression may have a chemical, spiritual, Asuric or social causes; so should be tackled with all the forces of good at our disposal.
- If the Aaiyyanist finds out that the client has a medically recognised disease, and that the client does not wish to also see a medical Doctor, then the Aaiyyanist healer should refuse to treat the patient. Remember, Aaiyyanist healing is complementary to medical care, and to treat any conditions it is best to approach it from many angles. In many countries around the world it is also an offence to treat someone with alternative spiritual healing, without making sure that the client also sees a qualified medical practitioner. This is especially true if the client has an infectious disease than can spread to the wider community and have a negative impact on society. If you treat someone with an Aaiyyanist healing, but know that the client does not seek additional medical help; this can be seen as a breach of trust, not only to your client and their family but the wider Aaiyyanist community and the community you exist in.
- Similarly if the Aaiyyanist treats an animal, such as a pet, zoo animal etc... The Aaiyyanist must make sure that the sick animal has also been (or will be) examined/treated by a qualified recognised veterinary surgeon. If the animal has a contagious disease that may spread to other farm animals or pets, then the Aaiyyanist must make sure that any relevant government/farming agencies have been informed by the client. If there are any concerns on this matter, then the Aaiyyanist healer should refuse treatment. This should not be seen as a selfish act, but an act that protects the wider community and should be explained to the client as such.
- The Aaiyyanist shall immediately inform the Aaiyyan World Foundation of any misconduct, lack of competence/judgement, fraud, drug, child offences, or any more serious legal matters, before any legal actions and after convictions. There is no bar to being an Aaiyyanist healer/Siddhic practitioner, but you should always think of the wider community and the name of Aaiyyanists worldwide. Decisions will be made by the High Aaiyyanists, after discussing the circumstances for each case, and will be fair. The Aaiyyanist can neither condone nor condemn, so each case will be brought on its merits. For example, if a person committed a burglary in the past (in their youth) and now was training to be an Aaiyyanist healer; one of the ways to atone and dispel negative Karma and allow spiritual branches to spread out throughout the cosmic collective consciousness, is to heal and perform some Siddhic sessions for free (i.e. one in five sessions could be made free for clients).
