complaint and the arbitration procedures

The paramount interest of the Aaiyyanist is to protect the public and the greater society, thus we (the Aaiyyan World Foundation) take any complaints about any Aaiyyanists incredibly seriously. However, the Aaiyyan World Foundation encourages the resolution of differences, or potential misunderstandings/complaints through informal mediation first, before resorting to the formal complaint procedure.

The basic cause of complaints we have found has been caused by the subtleties and flaws in the process of communication - i.e. the separation of ideas and ideals between the client and the Aaiyyanist. There are many areas or philosophy, creativity and spirituality where there is no right or wrong; in which case the code of ethics and practise may offer a light to guide you away from the darkness. If there is any doubt, the Aaiyyanist and the Client are encouraged to seek advice from the Aaiyyan World Foundation or the Aaiyyanist School with whom they are associated with.

Note: There are a small number of Aaiyyanists that are not part of the Aaiyyan World Foundation, so members of the public should know that pursuing a grievance against a non-aligned Aaiyyanist (i.e. one who does not belong to the Aaiyyan World Foundation), should take any complaints firstly to the School that the Aaiyyanist belongs to, or their local trading/spiritual standards office in the country they live in. The public may also inform the Aaiyyan World Foundation for our own records, but we will not be able to regulate any Aaiyyanist or person that is not part of our community.
