In the Dravidian Aaiyyanist Tantric Sex ritual of Nirampetian (and Odikamuyyan) to become attuned to the Tala and Loka there must be no physical penetrative sex. This is firstly as not to disrupt the resonant energy between the Assinayyanal (the one who receives the ritual) and the Tala/Loka space, and also as a means to perform the ritual without the risk of procreation as that could give birth to individuals who were too attuned to the negative Tala space or the positive Lokas space which is forbidden in Dravidian Aaiyyanism. In the past this has resulted in individuals born who were Godlike or Demonic.
However if you are attuned to penetrative sex it is permissible for the Atankuyanal (the one who performs the ritual) to use the Ottukavaryan which the ancients Dravidian Aaiyyanists used to use for penetrative sex. The Ottukavaryan is like a shortened Aaiyyan Stick with the Yantras of Nirampetian or Odikamuyyan inscribed on it. The process of creating a Ottukavaryan is very laborious and there needs to be a great sense of safety when creating one, so they are very rare and not used widely now.
Traditionally in Dravidian Tantric circles the Ottukavaryan was carved from wood and painted with the Nirampetian Tala Yantra, or the Odikamuyyan Loka Yantra. It was then attached to the Atankuyanal via a small rope and the Nirampetian/Odikamuyyan ritual is performed as usual on the Assinayyanal as per the guidelines given previously. For the final act of Petikantanaal (i.e. where the Atankuyanal would bring the Assinayyanal to orgasm) it is permissible to then use the Ottukavaryan (or symbolic sexual tool) to penetrate the Assinayyanal and bring them to orgasm. This penetration can be vaginal or anal but must be consensual. Remember, bodily (phallic) penetration (i.e. of the penis) into an orifice is forbidden, but other non-bodily forms of penetration are permitted.
If one is so inclined, the Atankuyanal can alternatively use modern sexual equipment such as the strap-on-dildo, vibrator or a penis sleeve (if you are male) which might be more suited to modern tastes. The dildo and penis sleeve must be inscribed/painted with the Nirampetian or Odikamuyyan Yantras. The paint/inscription must be made with non-toxic materials (obviously) as this will touch the skin of the Assinayyanal.
In fact, most modern Aaiyyanist use modern sexual equipment such as strap-on dildos to perform this ritual as these tools have been specifically designed for penetration and are much safer than the traditional stick based Odikamuyyan. Aaiyyanism is holistic in its approach and using the best designed modern tools to achieve the state of orgasm is not only permitted but required. Thus only a few Aaiyyanists use traditional Ottukavaryan sticks. Some traditional Aaiyyanists use safe pigments to paint the Nirampetian Tala or Odikamuyyan Loka onto the modern sexual tools when they perform this ritual so that the sex toy itself becomes attuned to the Tala or Loka space.
As mentioned above, the penetration can be via the vagina or the anal passage depending on the will of the Assinayyanal, i.e. it must be consensual for the one being penetrated as it is they who needs to be attuned to the Tala or Loka space. If the Assinayyanal preferred sexual gratification via the anal path then it would be permissible for the Atankuyanal to use the Ottukavaryan (or modern vibrator) inserted in the the anal passage and move if in a out while stimulating the head of the penis/clitoris as per the Petikantanaal ritual (to lead to orgasm). If the Assinayyanal (female or transgender) has a vagina, then they can be penetrated into either the vagina or the anal passage, depending on their own willpower and path.
Remember in Dravidian Aaiyyanism the Assinayyanal and Atankuyanal can be either Transgender, No-Gender, Male or Female or a mixture. There is no discrimination between same sex partnerships or partnerships between different genders as in Dravidian Aaiyyanism we believe we are all One. So a no-gender/male/trans/female can be the Atankuyanal and perform the action on a female/trans Assinayyanal via her vagina or anal passage if they so wish it (i.e. they are attuned to this path). Similarly a no-gender/male/trans/female Atankuyanal may penetrate the male/trans Assinayyanal via their anal passage if they so wish it. This act has to be consensual as is the way of Dravidian Aaiyyanism.
Once the Assinayyanal has orgasmed, then they can perform the ritual on the Atankuyanal and it is up to the Atankuyanal if they would like to be penetrated by the Ottukavaryan (or modern equivalent) as it will now be their turn to become attuned to the Tala/Loka space.
It should be noted that the Assinayyanal does not have to partake in this ritual. They can just be brought to orgasm using the traditional Petikantanaal rituals. Remember, it is up to the Assinayyanal how they would like to be brought to orgasm as it is they who needs to reach attunement.
